Rice pudding using milk Hana

The components:
● Half a cup of rice.
● 4 cups of fresh Hana milk.
● a tablespoon and a half of starch.
● Half a cup of sugar.
● A quarter teaspoon of mastic.
Preparation method:
● Wash the rice well with water to get rid of excess starch.
● Place the rice in warm water, and leave it to soak for at least half an hour.
● Place the rice in the water in a pot on the stove, and leave it on low heat until it boils for about 10 minutes.
● Remove the rice and water from the heat, filter the water, and leave it aside.
● Dissolve the starch in the milk well, and then place the mixture in a pot on the stove with the rice.
● Leave the mixture on low heat, while continuing to stir.
● Grind the mastic well and add a tablespoon of sugar to it, then place the mixture in a bowl of rice with milk.
● Stir well, then add orange blossom water, stir slightly, then remove from heat.
● the rice with milk is placed in serving dishes and decorated with pistachios.
● Place the rice with milk in the refrigerator and leave it to cool slightly.
