Cream Caramel

Mix the water and sugar in a pot on the stove.

Leave the ingredients until they boil and you get a mixture that is homogeneous in consistency and golden in color.

Distribute the caramel into the bottom of small glass cups, then leave them aside until the mixture layer freezes.

To prepare the cream, put the sugar and two cups of milk in a pot on the stove.

Add the cornstarch and gelatin, stirring until combined and thickened.

Pour in the rest of the milk, then add the vanilla, stirring constantly, until you get a slightly thick mixture.

Distribute the mixture into oven cups, spread them in a tray filled with hot water, then place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.8- Leave the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes, take it out, then leave the cups aside until they cool.9- Then put the cups in the refrigerator for about two hours until the dessert freezes before serving
