A kilo of milk here
2 tablespoons starch
Two cups of water
salt
Place the milk, starch, and salt in a pot over medium heat, and continue stirring the ingredients without stopping until the ingredients boil, then add two cups of boiling water.
Add the previously prepared kibbeh to the milk and boil it until cooked.
Fry the garlic, then put it over the yogurt, garnish it with chopped mint, then pour it into a serving bowl.
Serve it alongside a plate of rice with vermicelli, and salads.
